Ken Chiang ,
He began exercising and practising stamina in 2006 because he enjoys singing. He worked tirelessly for the dream but ultimately failed. He discovered, however, that he had not given up on fitness after all these years. With his passion for exercise, he chose to light a second fire in his life.

He wildly performed a variety of training and experiments on himself between 2010 and 2012, as well as began to teach and inspire those around him to fire their desire for fitness. He was not ashamed to learn from someone with knowledge and expertise.

He returned to his hometown in 2012 and 2013, when he read several publications and concentrated on researching different aspects of sports science. He officially applied for the ACE American Fitness Instructor Diploma and began his fitness instruction profession in 2013.
About Me.
I personally specialise in female fitness, Female fitness is always harder compared to male fitness, and this requires experience to do this. Man fitness, I'm also good at muscle gain. I used to be a skinny guy at 65 kg, and I am 80 kg now. With workout experience of about 15 years, I trained in powerlifting, CrossFit, and bodybuilding (basically, I can train myself in every situation, making me a hybrid type). All of this experience has given me a well-rounded perspective and given me the ability to comprehend what it takes to develop a robust, healthy physique. This experience has taught me that maintaining a balanced diet, strength training, and cardiovascular activity are all necessary to reach long-term fitness objectives. Knowing this, I am certain that anyone who is motivated and determined enough may obtain a healthy body. Thanks to my extensive and varied workout background, I have a special grasp of the human body, nutrition, and training techniques that may help others reach their fitness goals.
