THE EXERCISE SCIENCE

Exercise Science is a discipline that studies movement and the associated functional responses and adaptations. The goal of exercise science is to facilitate an understanding of the links between fitness, exercise, diet and health. Ultimately, the discipline provides a scientific approach to study how exercise and the human body interact in order to understand the physiology of exercise as well as its benefits and results.

WHY CERTIFICATION IS IMPORTANT

Certification demonstrates your commitment to superior professionalism, upholding industry standards, and continued learning. 
You wouldn't go to a doctor, dentist, or investment advisor who didn't have a plaque on their wall denoting that they have the training and expertise to do their jobs. Trainers need to provide the same proof to show clients that they understand their clients, their issues, and their goals and that the trainers can help the client achieve them. Having these certifications should be a sign that the trainer has competence in their field and specialization
